Today we want to wish our very own Human Resources Manager Sama a Happy Birthday and a Happy 2 year Anniversary!
We asked Sama for 2 vital lessons she learned from working with J.W.B.A. Here’s what she had to say:
BEING RELENTLESS
My first year in the business I really learned how to be relentless. Like in any business there is always going to be a situation that you don’t plan for, but you really have to roll with the punches and never lose sight of the bigger picture. My goals were non-negotiable. I was ready to take any challenge head on that helped me accomplish our goals as a company together.
LEADERSHIP
Another thing I learned is how to be a better leader. Although this is something I’m constantly learning it’s something working with J.W. Business Acquisitions sparked in me. Being able to help lead our time means so much to me. I love watching individuals at J.W. grow and I love to be a part of that. So I’m 100% invested in creating that growth opportunity by helping whenever and wherever I can as a leader.
In the past 2 years I have been here, we have accomplished so much. I’m excited to see the heights we take our company to. I’m even more grateful to be a part of something so valuable.
