      Human Resources Recruiter

      • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
      •  Screen qualified candidates
      • Make a minimum of 100 calls a day to prospective candidates
      • Overcome objections
      • Partner with hiring and management teams to target skill sets and identify top candidates
      • Build and maintain relationships with candidate through entire interviewing process
      • Perform various customer service related activities • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System and SalesForce to prepare reports and conduct analysis as requested
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative, sales, marketing, or customer relations based environment
      • Must be extremely detail oriented. • Highly proficient computer skills
      •  Ability to manage time and a schedule effectively
