Working For J.W has allowed me to grasp what being a leader is and acknowledging my goals and career path. From the hands on training, to the great work atmosphere, the daily motivational speeches, the different background, ethnicities, and positive influences. Not only have I grown as person I’ve become tailored in decision making and utilize those skills in and outside of work.
